Star Outreach Project delivered a Mental Health Awareness session at a local Mosque for a group of women, to give them a better understanding of mental health, and to improve access to the right services. The session focused on understanding what mental health is, understanding early warning signs and wellbeing.
The session offered the group the opportunity to ask questions and supported individuals to access services.
